Livingstone adds deal making duo to London team

Mid-market M&A boutique Livingstone Partners has added two seasoned corporate financiers to its London team to further bolster its Business Services team.
Eleanor Clow and Kristian Gavan, both previously at KPMG Corporate Finance, have joined Livingstone at an exciting time in the firm’s development, having recently merged with M&A teams in Spain and the USA.
Clow, 30 spent eight years at KPMG, ultimately honing her skills on M&A transactions in the Business Services industry, focusing on Financial Services. Gavan, 28 spent three years at KPMG, in London and the regions, on a broad spread of Business Services deals.
Comments Gavan: “I was attracted to Livingstone because I wanted to work in a more intimate organisation, where you feel a key part of the team and you can make more of a difference.” Adds Clow: “The international flavour of Livingstone’s deals was a major attraction. The firm is unusual in being able to deliver a seamless cross-border M&A solution for mid-market deals.” Livingstone has completed 11 cross-border transactions so far in 2007.

Livingstone has had a Business Services team since 1994. The team, which operates across the firm’s London, Madrid and Chicago offices, has completed eight transactions so far in 2007.
