021 Television,one of the UK’s largest outside broadcasting facility companies, has been sold to Gravity Media Group, following a competitive sale process handled by Livingstone.The business, which will continue to operate as 021 Television, is one of the UK’s leading outside broadcast facility companies providing a fleet of modern vehicles to a portfolio of blue chip clients including domestic and overseas broadcasters such as ITV, the BBC and BSkyB. The company’s regular productions include soccer, rugby, darts, equestrian events, music and entertainment shows, current affairs, awards ceremonies and business and corporate television.
Rob Hollier, Managing Director 021 said “The Gravity Media Group know the broadcast market, both domestically and internationally, very well and their interest and resources provides an exciting future for 021 with a solid foundation for success.”
