Christopher Falk joins Chicago team as Partner-Business Services & Technology team strengthened

Livingstone Partners has announced the addition of Christopher Falk to the senior team at the firm’s Chicago office. 

Christopher joins as a partner and will head its Business Services and Technology sector practices in the US, bringing with him more than a decade of corporate finance experience. He was most recently a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities, where he helped develop its middle market investment banking practice, and previously spent five years at Merrill Lynch & Company, specializing in Technology and related sectors. Hebegan his career as a corporate lawyer for major US law firm Sidley & Austin.

As part of an ongoing investment in the Technology sector, the London team has added Ian Watson as an analyst. After graduating from University College London with a degree in Information Systems and Management, Ian worked as a systems consultant before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004. At PwC, Ian worked with leading multinationals in the area of Information Technology Risk Management and Best Practice

Livingstone has also added Ryan Buckley as an analyst in the Chicago office. Ryan, who earned his B.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan, has two years’ experience working with mid-market companies and on multiple cross-border transactions.
